Our immigrant ancestors, LOS-SANJUAN, came to Buenos Aires in the early beginnings of the past century, choosing to leave their footprint in the neighborhood Núñez.

At the exact same site, almost a century later, LOSANJ is born from a real estate broker father and a son as an architect. Together they created a real estate developer where the designs and architectural projects are heavily influenced by the great fathers of modern architecture.

Our main goal is to give life to projects that leave a mark, meticulously thought for those curious souls, sensitive to detail, those who enjoy subtlety and that just like our ancestors, look for the perfect place to live.
